
Ingredients:
½ cup North Valley Pastures maple syrup
¼ cup dijon mustard
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 Package of North Valley Pastures chicken leg quarters, thawed. (about 2-3lbs)
Instructions:
Combine the syrup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour into a 9x13 baking pan.
Add the chicken to the baking dish. Turn to thoroughly coat. Arrange the chicken skin side up.
Roast at 450 until chicken is brown and registers at least 165. Approximately 30-40 minutes.
