Baked Chicken Nuggets

These are very kid approved! I love being able to feed my boys healthy food and was happy when I discovered this recipe.

 

Ingredients:

3 chicken breasts

1 cup flour

1 tsp dried thyme

1 Tbsp dried basil

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup melted butter (or coconut oil)

 

Directions:

Cut chicken breasts into 1 ½ inch pieces.

 

Mix dry ingredients, including Parmesan cheese and place in a gallon sized plastic bag.

 

Put melted butter in a medium sized bowl and add the chicken. Stir to insure all the pieces are covered.

 

Remove the chicken from the butter and place into bag of seasonings. Shake the bag until all the pieces are covered.

 

Place in a single layer on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
