Chicken Stroganoff

 Ingredients
 4 Boneless/ Skinless  Chicken breast 
 1 package Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 cup water
 8 oz. Package of cream cheese
 1 can cream of chicken soup
 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms or 1 can mushrooms (optional)
 Egg Noodles
 Cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces and place in slow cooker. Combine water 
and salad dressing mix pour over chicken. 
Cook on low for 3 hours.
 Combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and mushrooms, mix into chicken. 
Cook on low for 1 more hour.
 Serve over cooked egg noodles.
