Pork and Ricotta Meatballs

These meatballs are super good with spaghetti or egg noodles. I also think they would be excellent in a meatball sub.

Ingredients:

1 pound of sausage

1 pound of ground beef

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ small onion finely chopped

1 large egg beaten

 

Directions:

In a large bowl thoroughly mix all ingredients together.

Brush a baking sheet with olive oil.

Shape into meatballs, each about 2 inches in diameter. Makes approximately 28 meatballs.

Place meatballs on the baking sheet.

Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.

Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
