What Makes This Pork Special?

Here's a few things that go into making amazing tasting pork:

Lifestyle: Our pigs enjoy a great life outdoors, with plenty of sunshine and space to root and roam.

Diet: Our pigs have a super diverse diet, leading to great tasting and nutrient dense pork. Their diet consists of forage, roots and Non-GMO grains.

Processing: Our pork is processed under USDA inspection, and products such as sausage and bacon are free of harmful ingredients like nitrates, and corn syrup.

  • "This is the first time our family made the decision to purchase a 1/2 hog for our freezer.  I will never buy pork from the store again.  Amazingly flavorful meat, you cannot pass-up this opportunity.  North Valley raises their animals in a gorgeous environment where they have access to fresh pastures and lots of freedom.  When you choose to treat your meat-animals with love and respect, you can taste it in the product.  You are what you eat!   Once we clear out our freezer, we will purchase again."

Quality Meat Matters To Us. Big Time.

For years we have raised chickens and beef. However, just a year ago, we were still buying pork from the store. Well, a very small amount, we just struggled to hack the slimy sausage and fake bacon. Finally, life allowed us to raise our own pork in 2024, and wow, amazing. As with the other meat products we raise, the difference is remarkable. We are so blessed to be able to provide our growing boys with top notch meat. May we feed your family too?
