Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Breast
8 slices uncooked bacon
½ tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp onion powder
8 fresh jalapeno peppers or snacking peppers
Directions
Combine all spices in a plastic bag.
Cut peppers in half and remove seeds.
Cut chicken into small pieces that will fit
inside the peppers.
Add chicken to the spices and shake to coat.
Place one piece of chicken in each pepper,
wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
You can cook these on the grill
or bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
If you are baking them, place on a rack
with a foiled lined baking sheet underneath.
