Tangy Tomato Brisket

Ingredients:

2-3 lb brisket

1 ½ cups ketchup

½ package dry onion soup mix

½ cup water

 

Directions:

Combine ketchup, soup mix and water.

Place Brisket in slow cooker. Pour sauce all over it, then flip it to coat the other side.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours. When the brisket is fork tender, remove from cooker and slice it all up. Return it back to the sauce or place on a serving dish and spoon the sauce all over it.
