This $100 deposit reserves your Quarter Beef. Please note that a share costs $900 and the remainder is due at pickup.

A beef share is a great way to stock your freezer with quality local beef. Each quarter beef yields approximately 80-100 lbs of meat, and contains approximately 60% burger and the rest a selection of roasts and steaks. We are now taking orders for October. We will contact you and give you the opportunity to select the cuts you prefer from the beef.
