This $100 deposit reserves your Quarter Beef. Please note that a share costs $1000 and the balance is due at pickup.

A beef share is a great way to stock your freezer with quality local beef. Each quarter beef yields approximately 80-100 lbs of meat, and contains approximately 60% burger and the rest a selection of roasts and steaks based on your preferences. 

 Due to high demand for beef this year we are sold out until January of 2026.
